Château la Gordonne
Nestled in the heart of Provence, Château La Gordonne is a single, contiguous estate spanning more than 300 hectares of vineyards.
Set within a schist amphitheatre open to the sea, the estate benefits from a singular microclimate: abundant light, maritime influences, regulating winds and shallow soils that impose restraint while revealing the nobility of the grape varieties.
Located on the hillsides of Pierrefeu-du-Var, in the heart of the Massif des Maures, it offers a generous, sun-drenched land where the vine naturally finds tension and balance.
This vast vineyard is a harmonious tapestry of parcels, each carefully observed and cultivated according to its own character. Exposure, soil depth, the presence of schist and the proximity of the sea compose a palette of expressions that the winery blends with precision. From this mosaic emerge the cuvées of Château La Gordonne, guided by three defining principles: freshness, finesse and complexity.
Meticulous juice selection, finely tuned vinification and tailored ageing allow the balances to be refined, quality to be elevated year after year, and wines to be signed where aromatic purity meets a generous, savoury texture.
In this way, Château La Gordonne celebrates an art of blending true to its landscape: luminous rosés and whites, expressive reds — all shaped by schist-driven minerality and a distinctive maritime elegance.
