At the heart of Domaine Pommery, let yourself be guided through an experience weaving together history, art, and gastronomy. Your journey begins with a guided tour of the Gallo-Roman cellars - true underground cathedrals - where you will discover the savoir-faire and the art of champagne-making.
Throughout your visit, also explore the contemporary art exhibition Expérience Pommery #, set at the heart of the crayères (chalk pits), creating a unique dialogue between heritage and artistic creation. Extend the experience at Le Réfectoire, the Domaine's culinary conservatory, where the chef offers a carefully crafted lunch or dinner, paired with Pommery's champagnes. A sommelier will present and comment on each wine, making for an even more complete experience.
The experience will end with a tasting of three cuvées from the Apanage range, depending on the pairing.
